Shipping & Delivery

Short version: dispatch in 1–3 working days, delivery anywhere in India in 3–10 days, and freight quoted in writing before you commit. The details are below.

How does an order actually ship?

Nothing ships until you approve the final quote. That is the whole system.

You enquire on a product page or the contact form. The trade desk confirms the design, sizes, quantities, and freight with you. Only then does the material move.

There is no online checkout on this site — which means a person has checked your order line by line before a single box is loaded.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock designs leave the warehouse within 1–3 working days of order confirmation.

Transit takes 3–10 days depending on where you are. Metro cities and most of North India sit at the faster end. Remote pin codes take longer.

Made-to-order designs are different — the production lead time is shown on the product page, and we confirm it in your quote before these timelines start.

Once the vehicle leaves, the trade desk sends you the transporter's details and the LR (consignment) number on WhatsApp. You can track the vehicle yourself.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in India.

Tiles travel by road freight to your city or straight to the project site. One thing to know: delivery is to the vehicle's nearest accessible point. Unloading and shifting to upper floors is your side of the job, unless we have agreed otherwise in the quote.

What does freight cost?

It depends on weight, distance, and vehicle type — so we do not pretend there is one flat rate.

Freight is quoted with your order, in writing, before you commit. No surprise charges on delivery.

Ordering above 500 sq.ft? Ask the trade desk about freight support on trade orders.

What should I check when the boxes arrive?

Five minutes at the vehicle saves you a week of back-and-forth later. Do these four things:

  • Count the boxes against the invoice before signing the delivery challan;
  • Open a few boxes at random while the vehicle is still standing;
  • If anything looks damaged, note it on the challan and photograph it then and there;
  • Report breakage or a wrong item within 7 days of delivery — our Returns & Replacements policy covers it free.

Tiles ship in maker-sealed boxes, palletised or crated for the route they travel. Damage is rare. But when it happens, the challan note and photos make the claim instant.
