What does the 7-day window cover?
Three things. If any of them happens, we make it right at no cost to you:
- Transit damage — tiles broken, chipped, or cracked in the box on arrival;
- Manufacturing defects — warping, glaze faults, or size variation beyond stated tolerance;
- Wrong item — a design, size, or finish different from your confirmed order.
The clock starts on the day of delivery and runs for 7 days. Within that window, we pick up the affected boxes and send replacements — or refund that portion of the order if a replacement is not possible.
You pay nothing for the pickup or the replacement.
How do I raise a claim?
One WhatsApp message with photos. That is genuinely the whole process.
- Message the trade desk on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery, with your order reference;
- Attach clear photos of the affected tiles, the box labels, and — for transit damage — the delivery challan with your remarks;
- Keep the affected boxes unused and in their original packing until the claim is settled.
We acknowledge within one working day, review the photos, and confirm the resolution — replacement, pickup, or refund.
When will I get my refund?
Within 7–10 working days of pickup or claim approval, whichever applies.
The money goes back to your original payment method. If it has not reached you by then, message the trade desk with your order reference and we will chase it.
What is not covered?
Let us be straight about the limits, so there is no argument later:
- Installed tiles. Fixing a tile is accepting that tile. Inspect the material before installation — no claim is admissible after tiles are laid;
- Natural variation. Tone, veining, and shade variation within the maker's stated norms is the nature of the product, not a defect. The product page says this too;
- Made-to-order and custom-cut material. Returnable only for transit damage or defects, not for a change of mind;
- Late or used claims. Claims raised after 7 days of delivery, or on boxes that were opened and used before reporting.
